Delivery and Returns


For UK domestic shipments, we normally ship via Interlink couriers on a next working day service, with a 1 hour delivery window to help plan your day. If you need a timed delivery please let us know.

Carriage charges are free for orders over £200 (exc VAT). For smaller orders, carriage is charged at £9.95.

Please note our carriage policy applies to most mainland addresses in Great Britain, but please check for shipping costs.

For Worldwide export shipments, we will quote the freight cost for you with each order as the prices can vary, we will always endeavour to find the most economical and efficient shipment available.

Any time or date quoted by us for delivery is given and intended as an estimate only. Whilst every endeavour will be made to meet an estimated time for delivery, we shall not be liable to make good any damage or loss whether arising directly or indirectly out of delay in delivery. We reserve the right to deliver by installments against any order. Non-delivery must be reported immediately in writing to us and to the carriers within 7 days of the date of dispatch.


No order can be cancelled or returned without our prior agreement. In the event of cancellation by the Buyer of part only of an order, we shall be entitled to re-calculate the price for the remaining part of the order as if it constituted the whole order, and to re-invoice the Buyer accordingly. No returns will be permitted without prior consent, and must be returned at the Buyer’s expense in original condition and the original packaging. only complete pack quantities will be accepted. If we agree to return other than in event of defective goods, the Buyer will be charged a handling charge of 25% of invoice value plus VAT.
